Yes! A 1-week ($700) or 2-week ($1,200) trial stay is available so you can experience community living.

What is “Life Lease”?

A program that provides stable residence without the burdens of traditional ownership, ensuring financial flexibility and a peaceful living environment.

Can I customize the schedule or activities according to my preferences?

Yes! From group activities and social events to relaxing in the garden, you can freely choose according to your taste and pace.
